Michael W. Levy is currently of counsel to the firm. He and Gary Gold founded the firm on July 1, 1988. Michael has represented thousands of injured clients. Over the years, Gold, Levy & Poirot has recovered over $100,000,000.00 in personal injury settlements and judgments on behalf of thousands of injured and disabled clients.
In the past 40 years, Michael has practiced law in the Connecticut and New York courts. He is a gifted trial attorney, who has tried dozens of cases to successful verdicts before juries in Hartford, Waterbury, and New Haven. Michael has argued before the Connecticut Supreme and Appellate Courts and has represented his clients in innumerable mediations, arbitrations, and hearings. Michael has, himself served as a panel arbitrator through the American Arbitration Association.
Michael’s cases include motor vehicle crashes, slip and fall accidents, defective products claims, medical malpractice, train/truck/bus crashes, Worker’s compensation claims, wrongful death and debilitating injuries/traumatic brain injury, and injuries caused by dog bites and attacks.
